As an Immigrants’ Rights Staff Attorney, Eva represents low-income youth and families in their petitions for immigration relief before the San Francisco Immigration Court and USCIS. Eva gained experience in immigration direct services as a student advocate in the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Clinic, and as an immigration law clerk for California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation and Considine, Sorensen & Trujillo PC.
She holds a Joint Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from UC Davis. She holds a Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the UC Davis Law Review. Eva’s family is from the San Francisco Bay Area, though she has spent time living on both the East and West coasts, and in Argentina and Chile.
