Ana Henderson-Arjona

As a senior staff attorney with the Workers’ Rights Program, Ana litigates wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims in state court and before administrative agencies. Before joining Centro Legal, Ana was a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Ana has also previously worked with Equal Rights Advocates in San Francisco and the Restaurant Opportunities Center of Los Angeles. She also helped develop the Police Accountability Project as a clinical law student with the Berkeley Law Policy Advocacy Clinic.

Ana holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Public Interest and Social Justice certificate from U.C. Berkeley School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from U.C. Santa Cruz.
